Please use this page to document your work at our properties. This form will ask for you to list the work performed and annotate the appropriate property and associated cost. Please select the property, provide a description of the work performed, and then list the associated cost. Material can be annotated on a separate line, again listing the associated property and cost (including tax). These details are necessary for proper accounting for the business and to assist us in determining profitability of each property. The total amount displayed on the form will be the amount paid unless we contact you with a discrepancy. You can use your phone to upload pictures of the receipts for material.
